Return & Refund Policy – Starfire Engravings

At Starfire Engravings, each item is carefully engraved and prepared with attention to detail.

Because many of our products are custom engraved, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you with a replacement.

For non-personalized items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
